Absorb Basic – Environmental Awareness and Spill Kit Induction
Absorb Basic provides a basic level of training in environmental awareness and spill kit induction. The level and depth of this training is aimed at the general employee and provides the necessary environmental training to address your due diligence requirements. This Course Covers Environmental Legislation Individual Environmental Duty Of Care Absorbent Selection Criteria Eight Steps for handling a Spill, including PPE and spent product disposal Course Objectives and Outcomes The objective is to reinforce policy on environmental legislation, hazard identification, PPE requirements, spill response, report and reorder procedures, as well as prevention guidelines. This is a non-accredited program.  A “record of training” and individual Certificates of Attendance are issued following the training.		BOOK NOW Cost $50.00 per person (minimum $500.00 per session)* Who Should Attend Those who may have to respond to liquid spills Location Your Site Duration 1 hour Course Size Maximum 30 attendees Assessment Theory *Additional costs may apply: If our trainer needs to travel from a major centre, travel and accommodation costs may also be added at the date of invoicing If training is delivered outside normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8.00am – 5.00pm) a15% surcharge may apply.
