Allspill Solutions becomes a wholly owned subsidiary

Allspill_Solutions.jpgOn 30 April 2010, North Queensland company Allspill Solutions became a wholly owned subsidiary.

Allspill Solutions was formerly a major distributor for Absorb and is based in North Queensland and services all regional areas from north of Cairns to Mackay and out to Mount Isa.

Some of you may have already received notification of this by the previous owner of Allspill Solutions, Doug Millican, who will no longer be working in Allspill Solutions.

The business will continue to trade as Allspill Solutions under the new owners, the Abernethy family. Doug has been a loyal distributor of ours for many years, Doug’s brother Tom Millican will continue his brother’s legacy at Allspill Solutions, delivering the high level of service you have come to know. Rob Foreshaw will also continue to conduct the spill kit servicing as well.

From a day to day operational point of view, as well as our relationship to customers and suppliers, we do not expect that there will be any significant changes.

We also advise that in addition to continuing to trade as Allspill Solutions, we will also continue to recognise all previous agreements and proposals. However, if you have any queries about these changes, please contact me.

I am confident that the Allspill Solutions team will continue to deliver the high level of service to which you are accustomed and look forward to your ongoing support.

Scot Abernethy
Managing Director
