Course Overview

This course is aimed at those who will be involved in the control of chemical storage and
Dangerous Goods handling including spill response incidents. This course provides the trainee with the
knowledge of how to safely store and handle dangerous goods and hazardous substances.

Training Objective & Outcomes

The objective of this training is to reinforce policy on such things as environmental legislation,
hazard identification, PPE requirements, as well as prevention guidelines.

Certification
This is a non-accredited program. However, a “record of training” and certificates will be
provided on completion of the course. Individual certificates of attendances are issued
